Description

These posters call for the audience to embrace rest and resist overworking. This series is critique of modern day grind culture through motivational posters that advocate for rest, reflection, and sustainable productivity.

Reflection

This idea was born out of my athletic background. I’ve been on numerous sport teams for around two decades and they all had the same coaching style of “sprint til you die, and then get up and do it again”. With this project, I was hoping to represent an alternative approach that balances striving for success with sustainability.
