This is an open letter to whoever made this product. I would like to inform you that this is a very unique design that have not seen anywhere else. Having said that you have to beware because large corporations like target will try to take this design and make it their own and sell it for less it happened in time and time again looking for example, last spring peep line with the yellow and a little check that was immediately ripped off by target and they will do it again. Walmart is less likely to pick up because their brand is less boutique like but target will try to get the mass market to appeal to small brand like you circumnavigating your sales has us ruining your business , they have all the factories overseas and they will undercut your prices by a lot. Enough is enough you need to protect your rent your brand OK on the side you need to also keep in mind that inventory is a huge constraint when running a small business not having enough inventory will deter your customers, and they will find a product somewhere else. Very few people are loyal enough to wait for your product go back in stock, and this is especially true since you do not have a newsletter to inform people when to come back to your site , if I were you, I would immediately set up a newsletter to make sure people do not forget about your brand in addition to giving the more marketing material coupon than other stuff to help sell sales give them boost what is your customer acquisition cost? are you getting people to your website? Do you actually own this domain , furthermore shipping is wrong having people email you to request invoices for the bill is not practical your website. Should automatically calculate shipping rates and allow people to check out online using credit card payment method. Also Apple Pay would be nice to have worked in this industry for 17 years and I know I think it’s at two about online retail , if you’d like to have me on your team, please reach out to me at iCloud.com

Dear Jimmothy Hal, and all who may read his open letter, I’m Sherry, a spry 60-year-old with a penchant for colorful prose and an eye for unique designs. I must say, Jimmothy, your concerns are not without merit, but let’s add a sprinkle of optimism and a dash of reality to the stew.
Firstly, the uniqueness of this spring sweater’s design! Absolutely, it’s as fresh as my first garden tulip of the season. And yes, the big-box stores like Target may swoop in with their giant nets, but isn’t imitation the sincerest form of flattery? Instead of wringing our hands, let’s clap them for the recognition of a trendsetter’s vision!
Now, onto the matter of inventory and business strategies. Jimmothy, dear, you sound like a well-seasoned pro with your 17 years in online retail. Newsletters, marketing boosts, and such are all grand, but sometimes a small brand thrives on its exclusivity and the allure of limited availability. Not all are meant to sail the vast oceans; some are delightful paddle boats enjoying the pond!
As for shipping and technological enhancements—credit card payments, Apple Pay, oh my! While these are indeed modern necessities, perhaps this quaint boutique isn’t aiming for the sprawling web of eCommerce but rather a more intimate customer experience. Maybe they cherish crafting each invoice like a handwritten letter rather than an automated email.

Okay, I just read through Jimmothy Hal’s ‘open letter’ and Sherry’s sunny response, and as a mom juggling a million things, I have to weigh in here because, seriously, my brain is about to explode.
First off, Jimmothy, I appreciate the passion, but your grammar and punctuation? It’s a hot mess! It’s like a tornado swept through your sentences. We’ve got run-ons, missing commas, and just a whole lot of chaos. It’s hard to take advice seriously when it’s scattered all over the place like my toddler’s breakfast. You’re talking big game about business advice—tighten up that grammar!
And Sherry, oh Sherry, you’re as sweet as the cherry pie I made last Sunday, but honey, your optimism, while heartwarming, isn’t going to protect any small business from the corporate giants. I get it, positivity is a nice touch, but we’re in the real world where big fish eat the little ones, and no amount of clapping or tulip analogies is going to change that harsh reality. Small businesses need concrete strategies, not just hopes and dreams.
We need actionable advice here, not just peppy cheerleading. Newsletters, inventory management, competitive shipping options—Jimmothy might be onto something if he could just get his points across more clearly. And Sherry, maybe dial back the dreaminess and let’s focus on the practicality that these hardworking small businesses desperately need.

Wow I’ve never seen so many old people argue about something more meaningless. This feels line an online class’s discussion post where we have to respond to two other posts before 11:59pm…

Listen up Sherry and Kandy first of all thank you for your feedback, I appreciate all comments but let me clarify a few things here. Sherry, I understand you like to see the glass half full that’s good but sometimes we need to be realistic and protect what we build from those who might take advantage, isn’t that fair? Kandy, I get it my grammar isn’t perfect and I’m using voice to text on my iPhone so mistakes happen, it’s about the content right?
